Ravens claim that they are not interested in Gurley. What is his future? Is he done?

Rumored the Ravens are looking at signing him now that Dobbins is done for the year

gurley looked pretty slow at least half the season last year, but there were a few games where he looked at least serviceable as a lead rb, though clearly not what he was in 2017.

he didn't average a lot of yards after contact, but he was pretty decent at breaking tackles, so if paired with a change-of-pace back or in an offense that keeps the defense guessing he might be useful. with the o-line and offense in baltimore there are a lot of big lanes that open as the d tries to deal with lamar. it might be a good landing spot since he wouldn't have to fight through the line as much as in atlanta, and he can be in positions to utilize his ability to break tackles when he hits the secondary or gets to a lane that a db comes down to fill.

His running style is what hurts him. In the League, you need to have burst. The holes close so fast, a RB has to get thru quickly before it closes. Gurley has size and all, but does not attack thru before holes close up.

Not a great sign that Peterson is in higher demand than him

Well, he had burst before his knee disintegrated. Not anymore. Crazy to think that Peterson is still getting looks and is 10 years older.

His knees must be really bad. It's a shame, I was always a fan.
