Packers sign Sammie Watkins to a 1 year deal. Their receiving core is still an absolute disaster. I’m honestly wondering if they convert Aaron Jones to a WR and just start Dillon at RB and see what happens.

Packers are done. And it ain't devante or the draft. 2 #1 playoff seeds and homefield advantage years in a row. You only get so many of those. And I'm saying, those missed opportunities have done them in. They will never be able to overcome those Major blunders in back to back years.

raiders, like the vikings, are kind of stuck between the rock and a hard place on quarterback. they've paid a lot of money for a pretty good but not great one. upgrades are either unavailable or to expensive to obtain. and ditching the pretty good option sends the team back to wandering the wilderness of mediocre/bad quarterbacks (or a lateral move of switching one pretty good qb for another)

Both Carr & Cousins are good. But not good enough.

Can you win with them? Yes. But you need a great team around them.

I think Stafford is a better QB than both those guys. But he was stuck on a mediocre to bad team in Detroit & didn't win much. He then goes to a stacked team & wins the Super Bowl. Fwiw, I would argue that Wilson also falls into this category.

Is paying them $40m+ per year the smart thing to do? When they take up 20% or more of your cap. Logic would say no.

Yep - the worst part is they squandered so many years with arguably the most talented QB of all time. Part of me wonders if things would have been different if they had a real FO....

In my opinion. Playing waaay after the fact and after the Superbowl championship hoisted. ImO the Rams would have lost on the Road at Green Bay. Thats how Big of an opportunity they squandered. Of course, its all moot and Monday morning quarterbacking

Bengals need to replace their RG and RT in FA without a doubt. The C and LG more than likely need to be replaced in FA too. Jonah will probably have to stay at LT, for better or worse.

Followed by Bengals need to trade up and get a CB1 in the first round of the draft.

Bengals did well in the first week of free agency addressing their biggest need, the O-Line.

LT: Jonah Williams
LG: ?
C: Karras
RG: Cappa
RT: Collins

Still have a hole at LG, a lot of speculation that it will be a battle between a rookie, one of the young guys currently on the roster, or my thought is a cheap older veteran ring chaser.

Welp, the offensive line rebuild is complete for the Bengals.

LT: Jonah Williams
LG: Volson
C: Karras
RG: Cappa

Mahomes is having another baby. Maybe with 2 kids, she'll be too busy to stir things up. I hope he doesn't get mashed this season.

He's going to get his revenge against the Niners.

If they can't find a trade partner & end up releasing him. He'll sign here. You just know it's coming.

The thing about Jimmy is his release. It is the only thing that has helped him survive. Unusually quick. Just quick turn of his upper body, and ball is out. I dont think Lance can replicate that release point he has. Other than that, he makes too many late game idiotic decisions. But still a quality journeyman in this league with a specialty that not too many QBs have

If Watson misses significant time, he could end up there. Either Cleveland or Seattle. Those are his best options to start. Maybe an outside chance he's brought in to compete with Tua in Miami. Mike McDaniel was the OC in San Francisco.

Seattle
Cleveland?
Miami?

Kyler got the bag, 5 years, $230.5 million, $160 million guaranteed.

OK, it's not clear he will be a playoffs QB, against the better defenses.

But Cards have no other choice?
