That's what it is though
NFL is punishing them for getting caught tanking, which makes the whole league look bad
But they can't admit the Dolphins were tanking, because that would make them look bad, so they have to focus on the tampering aspect
That's why they're losing a 1st over it.

It's a more serious penalty than the NBA imposes.
Maybe it's not serious enough but NBA has taken away a SRP or two?
