I dont know if I blame Reich or not for this team. Ya the offense flat out blows, but damn maybe try getting him an actual QB.

1 year with Luck: won 10 games and won a playoff game
1 year with Jacoby and Hoyer: 7-9
1 year with a 39 year old Rivers: 11-5
1 year with Wentz: 9-8
And this year he has had Matt Ryan who has fallen off a cliff and 6th round pick Sam Ehlinger

So different QBs every year he has been there, only 1 time did he have a good QB that wasnt getting ready to apply for AARP.

Id be looking at Chris Ballard who is the one that continues to bring in these 1 year stop gap QB situations. Cant expect any coach to be consistent year to year with that kind of QB shuffle.

Haha what? This isnt the NBA where the main job for the head coach is to just manage egos.

I like how the new trend in the NFL is to hire these young coaches who have been coaching since their early to mid 20s (Shanahan, McVay, Taylor, O'Connell, McDaniels, Staley and so on). Like the entire trend right now is not caring if they have a NFL playing career, they want guys who have been coaching since they were young.

So what does Irsay do, Im going to go left while everyone else goes right. Im going to hire the soon to be 50 year old who hasnt coached a single day in his life and hasnt been around actual football for a decade...

Id be so pissed off if I was a Colts fan right now.

I don't know about the other two, but Gus Bradley has one of if not the worst w/l record of any coach with more than 50 games

He went 14-48 with us. Granted, Jags, but still. 4th most wins of any coach for us as well.

Yeah, that's not exactly the type of QBs you want if you want to go far. That team with Rivers was good too. I think the Bills were kind of lucky to beat them in the playoffs that year.

It will be interesting to see if Reich ends up in Pittsburgh in the offseason. They desperately needs a new OC and Reich is a Pennsylvania native.

Clearly a tank move. After looking at Duke's list of QBs, I can see why.
