Battle of the Oregon QBs

Who will win? Broncos have played far better the last month, averaging like 35 ppg, while the Chargers have averaged 16ppg and gave up 40 last week.

I don't have a ton of confidence...nervous, but excited...

Not that it really matters much, but I already started a week 16 thread this morning.

Sean Peyton has the Broncos looking pretty good lately. I think this is the last year of Russell Wilson's contract as well with the Broncos. Another nice draft and a few more pieces, Denver might start knocking on Kansas City's door soon.

One thing I feel confident about the Chargers going forward after this season is their GM and how well he drafts. They have 5th round and 6th round picks playing well. Plus they got Alt, cornerstone on the line, McConkey, and who was supposed to be the best LB in the draft, Junior Colson (though I haven't heard hs name much).

I think they take a WR and TE in the first 2-3 rounds in April, along with a C and probably another RB.

Their D has been weird this season. The best scoring defense for much of the season then started looking terrible. Especially stopping the run.

Very big game for you guys tonight. I see the desperation in their play so far.

They have another year with his money on the books.

How much more of a dead cap hit do they absorb next year?

The scheme relies mostly on playing a lot of two deep. Less numbers in the box. Which leads to teams attempting to the run ball more. The Hawks really struggled to stop the run earlier in the season for this reason. LB play is key as well.
