Yeah 2k4 is what I am still playing lol. I have 2k5 but I dont wanna see TO. As for Hester, it's just another marketing ploy by EA to get some extra buzz. Madden sucks anyway. I am gonna buy College football 2008 if it's decent cause I didnt buy a fb game since CFB 2006
First the federal government borrowed money; then gave the money to Bank of America; then I borrowed some of that money from Bank of America and gave it to the federal government; then the federal government gave the money back to Bank of America.

Devin Hester is definately fast, but I don't think his top speed should be 100. If I were making ratings, I'd probably put him at 97 or 98.
If he's 100 speed, then why in his Super Bowl TD return was former track standout S Matt Giordano gaining so much ground on him so quickly? I know he slows down at the end, but even when they're both running at top speed Giordano is gaining some ground with not too much of an angle.

Damn that guy chasing him is very fast, but people tend to slow down when they close in on the red zone. Just ask Champ.

Hester was watching himself on the jumbotron. that's why that scrub was catching up to him. Hester has the best breakaway speed in the league. He's not a 100 for speed but his agility, acceleration, and break tackle make him so dangerous. As far as him running a 4.51 40, who is he mike brown? I heard he ran a 4.27.

It will be whatever gameplay addition they made (positin-wise), that'll decide who gets the cover...
We've already had the skill positions on Offense and even the O-Line, so I'm assuming gameplay improvements will be made on defense or special teams which leads me to believe that it'll be someone like Devin Hester or Champ Bailey

Easy with the scrub label, Giordano is no scrub:
Giordano attended Fresno City College for two years. He won All-State honors as a freshman, was a two-time All-Conference pick, and was the Defensive MVP in the Northern California Championship game.
He played football with the UC Berkeley California Golden Bears for two years. As a senior, Giordano won All-Pacific-10 Conference first team honors, and was an All-American honorable mention. During his career, he had: two interceptions, six pass deflections, one sack, 111 tackles (four for losses), two forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery.

With 30 seconds in the video, he also ended up making a huge hit to force a crucial fourth down in the Super Bowl.
There's no question that Hester is reallly fast, but I think with a 100 speed rating, no one should be catching up to him from behind without a ridiculous angle...jumbotron or no jumbotron. He has a lot of great physical qualities that make him a great return man, but I do think there are a few faster players in the league if you're talking about straight-line speed. That's just my opinion though.

I always believed that speed should reflect their 40 times and acceleration should indicate their game speed. There are some track stars that are slower in pads, and then some linebackers that fly around on the field after running a 4.70 forty.
Hester should have a 97 for speed and 100 for acceleration.
