I say fact; there are at least three quality teams atop the NFC and they'll have staying power.
FOF: The Cleveland Browns will go 8-8 this year.

Fiction. I have no doubt they helped themselves in the first two rounds of the draft... but three positions where rookies traditionally struggle are LT, QB and CB. Thomas, Quinn and Wright will help in time, but not right away.
Fact or fiction: Randy Moss will "get religion" under Bill Belichick and return to being a dominant receiver.

Fact, ravens' defense is the best in the league. steelers are traditional powerhouse. bengals offense is still awesome and the browns improved alot from the draft. so yeah, it is the hardest division in the nfl.

The Patriots always have a balanced passing/running game. They haven't had a 1000 reciever in 6 or so years. Plus the WR core has tremendous depth

Fiction. The Falcons will squeeze out 8 wins despite having Joey Harrington at QB. Vick will lead his team to the Penal League championship and perhaps beat the prison guards in a reenactment of "The Longest Yard."
Fact or Fiction: Adrian Peterson will win Minny's starting RB job outright and be Rookie of the Year.
