Don't see how you can say Rodgers when he hasn't even started an NFL game.
But i am going to go with T.O/Randy Moss.

Buffalo's Mike Williams was the first name that came to my mind. Robert Gallery's another nice choice.

Maybe not a high enough pick, but Kwame Harris sucks enough.

Mike Williams is on Oakland...
Also I don't see how you guys think Grossman or Rodgers have been busts. Both were drafted in the 20's, not 8th overall. Plus both haven't had too much of a chance to prove themselves yet. Rodgers is backing up one of the greatest QB's to ever play this game and has never even gotten an opportunity to start yet. Grossman has only had one year as a full time starter, he was definitely up and down, but he did have 3193 yards and 23 touchdowns, and it's not like he is surrounded by the best talent at WR with only Muhammed and Berrian.
I also don't really agree with the Manning nominations either. He's had only two years at starter and has put up pretty good stats in both years. Quarterbacks take time to develop, most don't just come in right away and put up godly numbers. Some of the best quarterbacks in history have struggled early on (Elway and Favre come to mind.)

Does Mike Vick count?
I'm probably just putting him out there for the fact that he was traded for the rights of Ladanian Tomlinson, and they have gone in two completely separate ways career wise (but its also because I hate Mike Vick for his complete uselessness and overratedness [now I'm just making up words] in the NFL).
Mike Williams the WR?
Charlie Rogers?
Joey Harrington?
Is anyone catching the theme here?
