Offensive R.O.Y
Early season pick
James Jones- WR from Green Bay has looked really good so far and I think he's going to have a big year. We saw the same success with Greg Jennings last year, and I think Jones will have even a bigger year.
So far he's shown the ability to be a dynamic receiver in the game with many different ways to hurt you.
I don't think he will start right away for the Packers but either way expect big plays from him all year.

Adrian Peterson will be starting by week five I think, but since Jackson is there QB teams will be able to stack the box. Lynch at least has Losman and Evans to work with, but is the line really ready to open lanes? Thus im going with the seasoned QB Jon Kitna with Calvin Johnson winning the R.O.Y. award.
Jazz: Under reconstruction, we'll be back.

Jacoby Jones
He's got a very legit chance. The KR ability certainly helps him. He and Schaub seem to have a good chemistry, and most defenses are still going to pay a lot of attention to Johnson on the other side. So long as Owen Daniels wasn't a fluke, Jacoby Jones is going to get a lot of single coverage and a lot of looks.
My preseason top 5 candidates:
1. Marshawn Lynch--based on opportunity and the fact I think he's going to rip off a lot of long, highlight-reel runs.
2. Adrian Peterson
3. Dwayne Bowe--he's already the #1 WR in KC and even Herm Edwards must throw at least 40% of the time.
4. Jacoby Jones
5. Ryan Kalil. Yes I know no OL will even get a vote, but he's going to start at G for a Panthers team that is going to surprise people (I think) with what they do offensively. He's my Nick Mangold honorary ROY vote--Mangold (or Marcus McNeill) should have won last year, plus I just really like line play more than pretty much anyone.
