Bills relocating to Toronto?

I've seen articles and watched the news about this. Apparently the long term future of the Buffalo Bills is in question, and the best thing would be to relocate them to a large market like Los Angeles or Toronto. Seeing as Buffalo is just down the QEW, fans from Buffalo could ride for 4 hours to the Rogers Center to see the game. Getting an NFL team in Toronto has been a priority for a long time and I'd go crazy if it happened.

So in 5 years, are the Bills in Buffalo or Toronto?

I also heard that the chances of the Bills staying in Buffalo are at best 50-50.

No way does Toronto get an NFL team over Los Angeles.
Even Mexico City has a better chance than Toronto.

No, they're not.

Is a thread on this topic really necessary every other week?

I think I need to sticky the post I had before, stating off many reasons of why Toronto will not get a NFL team in the near future (next 6-10 years)

We've had this thread like 20 times and it's never anything but the same old patently false speculation. As long as Canada allows betting on football there is ZERO chance the NFL does anything there.

That's one of the lesser points IMO.

Ontario has shown that they are willing to make exceptions and get rid of a significant portion of their OLGC income to accommodate a pro sports team (The Raptors).

(But then again, the OLGC was hardly as big as it is now, when the Raptors were coming into town)

Los Angeles is the 2nd biggest city in the United States and they don't even have an NFL team.
They are next in line to get a team if they want one.
Plus, Canada has their own football league and Toronto is apart of it.

CFL blows, and there is no reason why 2 Toronto football teams can't coexist. Bills fans would much rather have their team move to Toronto than LA.

LA Does not derserve a team , there lack of fans is obvious when watching the Raiders & Rams of the 90's both left to much smaller markets .

I don't want to see NY lose it's only team , if they do Toronto makes way more sence then LA

I know the NFL has a hard on for LA to get a team even though they don't deserve it . here are some other places that make more sense to me for the NFL

Oklahoma City
San Antonio
Alabama
Portland
Orlando
Utah
Hawaii
Arkansas
Mississippi
New York City

Hawaii?
You know how much money that would cost the NFL since the flights are so long.
Hawaii is not happening.
New York City basically already has 2 teams. The Giants and Jets are basically in the city even though they are out of the state.
Utah doesn't seem like a good fit at all.
Arkansas, now you are being funny.
Alabama I could see with the good college football fanbase.

Arkansas has similary good college fan base

Please please don't gove me those 2 Jersey pieces of crap as NY football , let the Boss & the rest of the trash over there have those 2

Hawaii never been there did'nt think the flight would take a week to get too . Nor would it bankrupt a Billion Dollar industry for 32 flights a year for 2 teams

Utah for the fact that the last sport you would think of in that state is basketball & it's always packed . So Football is a more natural Sport for the State

If New York got another football team that would be 3 teams within a 10 mile radius and it would be their 4th team.

yeah but if the Bills leave Only one team in New York State & it would be the Only team in the New York Metropolitain Area Which encopasses the 5 boro's , Long Island , Westchester & Yonkers

How about that the Bills won't be leaving anytime soon? Or that there's other markets that the NFL would consider first, like most definitely LA, or San Antonio. Or how about the Rogers' Centre is aging rapidly and there's no apparent plans to make another stadium? Or how about that if the NFL was even considering Toronto, they would have played some sort of exhibition game or even regular season game there, such as what they've done in Mexico City? Why haven't they moved a Bills home game to Toronto if the demand for the NFL is so strong there, and apparently not so strong in Buffalo, a city that's had that team for almost 50 years? Jacksonville has to put tarps on upper sections of their stadium, but there's no talk about them relocating, and all this is being claimed by some earsay that someone that may be from Toronto may have said.

You New Yorkers are so spoiled.
2 baseball teams.
3 football teams
1 basketball team
2 hockey teams
and you still want more.

Notice how you only named 1 basketball team & 2 hockey teams . Becausw the Devils & Nets don't Play in NY . New York only has 1 football team since the Gints & Juts play in NJ . So we only have 1 football team 3 hours to the North .

We not spoilled we support our teams , unlike LA .

Really?
Booing an injured Pennington off the field?
Booing A-Rod last year when he struggled?
That is what you call support?

You Don't hear booing from Empty Seats

Pennington doe'nt play for a NY team he plays for a NJ team

& A-Rod Deserved to be booed last year & the 2 years before that .
