I think this has been done, but anyway I'll continue on with it. How would you rank all 32 Head Coaches in the league?

Really... have people forgotten about Wade Phillips and Buffalo?

Dallas is good, but I don't trust Wade Phillips...He should be lower IMO...

He's the perfect guy for that team though. Perhaps he learned from his mistakes. Once upon a time most everyone in Cleveland laughed out loud at New England for hiring Belichick after his disastrous run with the Browns.

Not that I'm saying...I'm just saying...

Eh, everybody from #10 down is interchangeable on my list.

i think he's a little overly criticized, he has a winning record as a coach (i think over 12 games too) and has made the playoffs with 2 teams (granted he's 0-3 in the playoffs) but i can understand why you'd question him after shocking everyone with replacing flutie w/johnson

but maybe thats the homer in me, plus as long as Jason Garrett keeps calling the shots on offense I can't complain.

I really want to hear everyone's reasoning on why Norv Turner is a consensus #32.

I don't disagree, but is it just that he has failed to use the best player in football the right way, or is it something else?

I think its because hes a proven loser. He sucked with the Redskins, sucked with the Raiders and now doing the same with the talented Chargers.

Hes just not a HC. It might be my bias because I've hated him ever since he started coaching the Skins. IMO, an absolute tool on the sidelines and a terrible locker room manager. He does a terrible job of keeping the locker room united.
