Truly sad. But for some reason, the first thing I thought of was how much the 49ers would be sued for (and if there was a case).

Im sure they will be sued. For alot of money too. If you can scam money for spilling coffee on yourself, you can get money for anything these days.

I completely agree, the person who made a joke is completely classless, even though it was a joke. RIP to the person and my prayers go out to the family.

We some insight into Taylor's personality and a connection from watching him play. This is a random faceless dude. I think there's a difference.

You didn't get the memo?
Tragic situation, but unfortunately there appears to be little any side can do to prevent such accidents in the future.

Thankyou, I got a good chuckle out of all the people saying they are crying over the death of Sean Taylor. This happens and it is no big deal really.thierry wrote:I find it (Please Use More Appropriate Word) that this fan dies everyone just jokes around, when Sean Taylor dies everyone wants to cry. Football players are human...............the fan who died was just has human as Sean Taylor. He probably works his ass off to make an honest days pay, but unless he is an athlete noone gives a damn.

The difference is that Taylor was murdered in his own home by some thugs in a senseless act of violence. This guy decided it would be a good idea to hop up onto a wall with a 20 foot drop off on the other side.
I'm not saying it's cool to joke about this dude's accident, but you can't compare the 2 deaths.
