IRVING, Texas (AP) -- Terrell Owens has a message for Jessica Simpson: Stay away.

The 27-year-old singer-actress has become Public Enemy No. 1 among Dallas Cowboys fans because of a link being made between her appearance at Sunday's game and the poor performance of her new boyfriend, quarterback Tony Romo.

"Right now, Jessica Simpson is not a fan favorite -- in this locker room or in Texas Stadium," Owens said Wednesday.

This is a hilarious story.

The Cowboys lost 10-6 to the Philadelphia Eagles, and Romo had what was statistically the worst game of his career all while Simpson sat in a luxury box wearing a pink No. 9 jersey she proudly showed off for television cameras.

The problem for her is Romo's previous worst game came last December at home to the Eagles when then-girlfriend Carrie Underwood was in attendance.

I think the Eagles secondary might be the factor here. Just maybe.

Memo to girls who want to date Tony Romo: when you go to a game, don't pick Philly.

Jessica Simpson hates football and it was obvious during her marriage with Nick. I guess she loves the fact that Tony has enough money too support himself!

Gotta love TO

I never got the Jessica/Nick money fights/issues. Weren't they both multi millionaires? Yet, on the show, Nick would make a big deal of when they'd be spending too much here or there.

That's why you stick strictly to the boys.

LOLZ at the story though and for the record I'd take Carrie Underwood over Jessica Simpson anyday.

Heard Simpson's one of the easiest people in the world. Like they have to keep security around her when she's drunk, so she doesn't end up going home with some random dude.

Well it turns out this was just another case of the media blowing a TO quote out of proportion and trying to turn it into an issue.

T.O. hits it and leaves it, brah. Give her a quick ride and then she GsTFO of town. Bitch can't be wearing the wrong colors upstairs and waiting to drag you out on a chain.

ESPN needs to give this a rest. It is almost pathetic at how much coverage they are giving this.

They need something to talk about. If Tony Romo changes from Kix to Cheerios for breakfast, I guarantee you ESPN will give us an extended NFL Live show talking about the change.
