How did he only get 46.5/50?

Congrats to PJ.

I still can't get over the fact he's bringing every O-lineman on his team to the Pro Bowl with him. That's giving credit where credit is due.

He really cooled off though to end the season. I thought he was a sure bet to finish with at least 1600 yards, even with the missed games. Just 144 yards on 54 carries for a 2.7 average in the final 4 games.

Personally I thought that Thomas deserved it, but I'm glad that there were 3 or so writers who can see beyond the glamour positions. Thomas was a beast this year but then, so was Peterson.

That's the life of an o-lineman, not a whole lot of fame and glory.

Still, they didn't go wrong here as Adrian Peterson was absolutely beastly for a majority of the season. Congrats to him. Well-deserved.

This is what I get for going snowboarding for the whole day. BBJ takes my nickname idea for Adrian Peterson. :nonono:. I swear to god, my friends and I started calling him Purple Jesus since week 9.

Well deserved!

I'm a big fan of Joe Thomas but we all know the running back will take this over a lineman.

Joe Thomas was absolutely solid this year. But AD set the all-time rushing record. Was on pace for the all-time record for rushing in a season before he got injured and hit the rookie wall. I have a hard time thinking of a rookie in recent history who has deserved this award more.
