The NFL should just simulate this game. No point having to watch 3 hours of a one-sided affair.

Jacksonville has the best shot out of anyone to beat the Pats...The Jags need to run run run run. If Fred T and MJD have big games and keep the Brady and the the offense off the field the Jags have a damn good chance, especially since they have a QB that won't make mistakes(remember the NYG/NE game it was Eli's INT that killed the Giants), they also have one of the top corners in the league to put on Moss and while I'm sure Brady and Moss will have good games regardless one has to think he won't be throwing Rashean Mathis' way as often as he'd normally like or risk getting INT'd( Mathis had 2 vs Steelers last week and returned one for a TD IIRC) Don't underestimate this Jaguars team they are very very good.

this is all you have to see, the march will continue.

"Do like the NCAA and kick them out of the playoffs or something," Spicer said. "Put them on probation; they can

I hope to god that the Jags win. They have the best shot, other than maybe Indy, to knock them off their pedestal.

Jags will eat up the clock with a VERY good run game, and they will be able to pressure Brady much like Philly and New York did. Mathis has to step up and play like he did in the first half against Pittsburgh, if the Jags want to slow down Moss.

If some bad New England weather blows in, the pats are pretty much finished.

I'm calling the Jags 24-21

Oh, I love how ESPN is making a big deal about Spicer's comments. Spicer said those things during week ONE of the regular season, but of course ESPN will twist it around for their precious Patriots. I love how they fail to mention New England's smack talk, a few weeks ago one of the NE Lineman said he wasn't afriad of the Jags because they always forget to bring their big-boy pads. Funny you don't see ESPN or the NE fans talking about that...

Oh and I found this kind of funny and I don't know if you guys had seen this yet. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntw7G7en ... re=related

Listien to this man he speaks the truth.

Sure its unlikely the Jags pull off an upset but at the same time I wouldnt be shocked if the Jags won this game, seriously.

The Jags have the right team and just as important have the right attitude/mentality to have a real shot to upset the Pats, laugh if you want but its true just watch the game.

Pats will probably win but I gurantee it wont be an easy win for them, not agianst these Jaguars.

And no im not a Jags fan, just a football fan who sees a much more compettive match up in this game than most people seem to.

The Pats need to score early and often to negate the Jags rushing attack. They've faced several of the league's top rushers and kept most of them in check (Westbrook, Jacobs, LT). They gameplan to take away the opponent's main strength and no doubt need to make Garrard beat them. Someone said that Garrard won't make the same mistake Eli did and throw a costly interception, yet he threw two just a couple days ago, and Pitt nearly won the game cuz of that.

As for weather, current forecasts point to partly cloudy weather, with temps in the 30s/40s.

The Jags have been the sexy pick to knock off NE for weeks now, and say what you want about not throwing Mathis' way, but it's kinda negated by the number of weapons NE has. The Steelers and their ridiculously one-dimensional offensive attack torched the Jags in the second half, and some will argue that Pittsburgh lost that game more so than Jacksonville won it. The Jags seemed to cash in on Big Ben's piss-poor decision making in the first half and took advantage of mistakes that they likely won't see from Brady or Manning.

The Jags pass D has been middle of the road all season and have only seen two top-tier QBs in Manning and Brees, who both lit them up. No Stroud, Peterson, a questionable Henderson, and not enough answers in the secondary to contain the many weapons on NE's offense.

Looks like it might rain just a bit, which is probably to the Jags' advantage.

New England is a 13 to 13.5 point favorite right now.

Then Brady will just abuse the guy opposite of him. With Welker, Stallworth, Watson, Brady, Faulk(at his best this time of the year). He has too many weapons. I do not think, the Pats are really that scarred of Mathis.

I still, do not for the life of me get this lust, that everyone has for the Jags. They are a good team, but I think the Chargers, and the Colts both are a much bigger threat than the Jags. I think Pats are going to eat the Jags up. Now you can run on the Pats, but they are the definition of a true great team. They will make a play when they need too.

On top of that, one team has Brady the other does not. The guy has done it, with every kind of roster you can think of. I think people are giving the Jags too much credit for what they are. They had success with turnover free football. The Steelers showed they can make this team make mistakes. That was with a beat up, injured D. Pats win by 14+ imo.

You are nuts, Tom Brady is the best cold weather QB ever. The Pats have taken every teams best shot, in the cold especially. If worst comes to worst, they will pound the ball with a LM/K. Faulk and Evans combo. With the short screen passes to Welker, Brady and Watson. I mean that did win them 3 super bowls. I see no evidence, to point the Jags would out play them in the cold, in New England.

When they win by 14+ plus, it will be next week how the Colts will win, and after they beet the Colts it will be Green bay/Cowboys will win.
