i think 2nd round pick..... i don't see anybody giving up a 1st.

3rd rounder, and Miami's all over him.

I could see a team giving a late first for him. Probably no higher than 20 at best. Unless a team is desperate and/or their guy is gone by the time they pick.

thats up to the coach to bring his value out. marvin lewis is a very conservative coach. this guy kicks field goals when getting blownout by the colts. flat out sucks. dump the coach, and chads value will skyrocket.

Moss is worth a 4th round pick so Chad may be able to pull a 6th rounder.

I think the packers would give up their first rounder for him.

I say 3rd or 4th. He's had a good season but I think everyone can sense his frustration, so that will lower his value.

If Marvin Harrisson retires, would the Colts make a move for him or another big name receiver?

If I'm Cincinnati I ask for two first-rounders, and if you don't like it they can live with him.

Cincinnati does have some problems offensively, but it's the defense that does most of the damage.

Why?
They have a bonafide number 1 in Reggie Wayne. They used a # 1 pick last year on a guy who really came on strong in the last 6 or so weeks of the season. A rookie performing well as a WR in that offense is pretty tough. I dont see their need to get a big name guy. I assume they have bigger issues to address.

they convince you to take less so they can get more

The only reason Moss was traded for a 4th is because everybody thought he was done.
Corey Dillion a few years ago was traded for a 2nd rounder.
Chad Johnson would warrant the same

Obviously it was a joke. Or at least I thought it was obvious. Chad Johnson is a top 5 receiver in the game. It would probably take 4 first round picks.

chad johnson is staying!

The vikings would probably give a second and a second day or a future conditional.

Really? I don't think the packers touch him at all, much less for a 1st. I think they are very happy with DD, Jennings, Jones, KRob, Martin. And seeing that Ted Thompson is who he is, he's not giving up a draft pick. If he wouldn't drop a 4th for Moss, he in no way is gonna drop a 1st for Ocho Grill.

I like what a couple of y'all said:
Ask for a 1st, and if the Bengals don't like the deal they should be happy to have him back. One funky year should not dictate they dump him for the sake of moving him--he's a symptom, not the problem. IMO they should dump Marvin Lewis instead of Ocho Cinco and they'd be much better off.

Yea I agree that Marvin Lewis has to go, they are wasting Carson Palmers talent. Marvin Lewis has been coaching them for 5 years right, and they only been in the playoffs once? And he still has a job

marvin lewis is still black jesus in cincy. he's the one that revived this franchise. i mean we haven't had a losing season in 4 years till this year and that shows something. he's still a great coach and a great mind. i do think he's too conservative sometimes on the play calling but that's his style. i'm actually more pissed about our offensive coordinator. he has some of the worst play calling in the world.
