I really feel bad for guys like him. Not only can't he do what he loves anymore, but he'll have to live with chronic back and neck pain for the rest of his life.
I don't know what kind of contract he has, but hopefully he's well-off enough to keep himself healthy, no matter what challenges he's faced with in his life.
Sad story.

Not exactly the case. I believe his first love is God and maybe he'll stay on the path to become a pastor. David has so much heart and passion he's going to be a success no matter what he ends up doing.

I didn't know that, but still, he won't get to play football anymore and that must be harsh.

It must have been an excruciating decision for him, but I'm happy he chose his health over a football career.
Any Bengals fan who thought Pollack could seriously contribute this year was delusional from the outset. (That includes you, monkey, and I know you're reading this.)
