Roy Williams being shopped around by the Lions?

According to the Wiretap, the Lions are shopping around Roy Williams in an effort to get Matt Ryan.

IMO, Ryan isn't worth the trouble of trading a Top-Tier WR. However, if the Lions are intent on trading Roy Williams in an effort to draft Ryan, the only teams I could see trading out would be:
Pick 4 (Raiders) - Add more options for JaMarcus Russell
Pick 5 (Chiefs) - Same as the above, but for Brodie Croyle
Pick 9 (Bengals) - Replacement for Chad Johnson perhaps?
