obviosuly theres positives to the cap but lets not act like theres no neagatives with it

On the flip side of that coin, it prevents one or two high-earning teams from stockpiling ridiculous amounts of talent on their depth charts like they used to do in the 1970s.

No, the NFL's salary cap is the best of any of the professional leagues. It creates parody and forces teams to effectively utilize the draft first and foremost. The best teams are the teams like the Pats and Colts that are able to successfully draft as well as develop talent. It doesn't depend on market size as much (look at the Colts) as opposed to the MLB where the larger markets New York, Boston, Chicago, etc. typically have a substantial upper hand.

I like the salary cap. Just look at the Packers. They are a small town team and every year they are millions and millions of dollars under the cap, yet because of the salary cap and restricting the amount a owner can spend on players it allows them and other small town market teams like the Jaguars to remain competitive. The NFL needs a salary cap.
