the Redskins are better than Tampa, Philly, Tennessee and Minnesota. The Lions and Rams are being very underrated and the Bengals and Broncos should be lower.
That's all I have to say.

I don't expect the Falcons to win more than a few games, but they won't be the worst team. People said the same thing last year. At least this year we're going to be a young terrible team. Last year was hard to watch because a lot of players had no future with the team. There were really no positives other than Boley and Roddy breaking out.

My 1-4 would be the same, and those teams are all a cut above the next grouping.
Next group:
JAX, NYG, PHI, SEA, GB in some semblance of order
gap
next group:
CLE, MIN, BAL, NO, CAR, WAS, PIT. I need a little time to let today's trades sink in before re-evaluating the Saints and Skins.
next group:
TEN, TB, ARI, HOU, BUF, DEN, STL, OAK, CHI pretty much in order
final grouping:
SF, DET, NYJ, CIN, MIA, ATL, KC.
Last group is real fluid--all teams could bubble up to 6-7 wins but all have the potential for a 2 or 3 win season too.
Nobody is giving the Rams any sort of respect. That team started 13 different guys on the OL last year, or more than the Colts have this decade. They also lost more skill position games than all but 3 other teams. When their key players on offense are healthy that's still a top 10 offense, and you cannot expcet all those injuries to hit again. And I do think their defense will be a little better. Not good, but better.
Three hardest teams to rate right now for me:
OAK--with the new additions on defense and Jamarcus Russell/Javon Walker/DMC
TEN--I'm just not getting a feel for their offense or if their defense can sustain
WAS--new coach(es), young QB coming off injury, tough schedule, the emotional surge of Taylor wearing off. I could see them being quite good but also taking a step or two (or 3) back.
The more I contemplate the Jets, the less I like that team.
