Hines Ward attones for his two drops. Derek Anderson looks like he's never thrown into any sort of wind before, kind of odd for a dude from Oregon State.

It never ceases to befuddle me why teams don't use more play action against Polamalu and the Steelers. He plays the safety position lined up in front of the LBs half the time. It's not like Ryan Clark is awesome or anything.

How many times are the Browns on in prime time this year???

Ugh...

The rationalization Michaels gave for the Browns kicking the FG instead of going for it was hilarious. He actually said "let's do the math" but then his rationalization involved little math and was that not getting it would be "too deflating" to the Browns if it failed. I guess he tried to make it sound more mathematical by referring to it moments later as the "deflation factor."

I know there was a study done showing that statistically teams should go for it more often on fourth down. I have no idea what it would say in that particular situation but I'm surprised more teams don't use advanced statistics to make decisions like that.

There are plenty of smart coaches in the NFL but there are also plenty who seem unable to even manage to use 3 timeouts in the most efficient manner.

I need Westbrook to get 3 touchdowns and DeMarcus Ware to get 2 sacks.

Otherwise, I could give a **** about what happens.

well im down 35 points in my money league pretty much got 0 production from everyone outside of tony scheffler, so mcnabb needs 300 yards and 3 td's for me to win. id be greatly concerned if that happened so i think i'll just take the loss. the only way id like to see mcnabb do this is if they get down big early and are forced to pass the rest of the game

if this was last years cowboys secondary id be inclined to agree but we shut down clevelands passing attack last week w/o our best CB and we werent even blitzing anderson. this will be an interesting game and i dont really know what to expect but im not sure if it will be a shootout

I got the Eagles winning this one.

I've had them as my NFC pick for awhile now, and I think I'll be joined with that pick by a lot of people after tonight. Their defense is on point and their offense looks like it's rolling. Despite being against the Rams, I still believe they will look strong all season and into the playoffs.

The middle linebacker is Stewart Bradley, and the strongside linebacker is Chris Gocong. Both of these guys are big and fairly talented, but they don't have much experience at all.

Rightfully so. I wanted to punch her in the face.
