I'm sure he's kidding. He has to be kidding. This is like Chris Henry saying that Warrick Dunn has character issues. It's like Scott Linehan saying Bill Belichick doesn't prepare his team very well. This isn't the pot calling the kettle black, this is the pot calling a snowflake black.

This is the same Rodney Harrison who was voted by his peers as the league's dirtiest player in 2004. The same Rodney Harrison was given the same title by the same people in 2006. And the same Rodney Harrison who was voted in 2008 as the league's dirtiest player by the head coaches of the league

I don't think the play was really dirty, just thought it was unneeded. Vrabel had no shot to run down Ronnie Brown, yet Ricky still took him out at the knees. But I also agree that Rodney really is not the guy that should bring this stuff up.

Of course he is; he’s an expert on dirty play.

If only Rodney Harrison had broken his leg on the play.

I think you can make the argument that one attempt to take out a guy's legs strictly for the purpose of causing significant injury is more reprehensible than a long career of the petty crap that Harrison pulls.

With that said, I'm not sure if Williams was actually trying to hurt Vrabel. I was sitting behind the end-zone Brown was running at, and from my angle William's block looked sketchy. However, obviously with the play coming at me I was probably in the worst possible position to really get a good look at it.

I would wish injury on this POS, but right now it's just fun watching this scumbag and the Pats horrible defense get exposed.

Oh, and just for the record, so far this year, Asante "system CB" Samuel has 2 interceptions and 8 passes defensed.

Poor Harrison. Him and the rest of the Patriots got bitch slapped on Sunday and his feelings were hurt. I didn't see the game, but I hope the Fins at least attempted to run the score up on the Pats.

You realize Brady is going to be back next year, right? With an improved team over this years? Enjoy the one year demise, while you can.

You keep thinking that, dude. When players tear their ACL they don't return to form right way, Brady will struggle for a while at least. The Pats defense on the other hand, is just pathetic, a bunch of old, slow, dirty players who are being exposed.

This team has horrible "karma" going against them(not that I necessarily believe in karma) but we'll see, this team is done. You people will be off the bandwagon in a year or two.

2) The defense is old? Tell me, how old is our d-line? How old is half of our seconday? How old is half of our linebacking core?

3) tell me what draft picks we have coming up?

4)A player like Brady isnt going to be altered in the way most NFL players would be by a torn acl. Plus, this also gives time to heal up that ankle thats been bothering him since last year. uh oh!

You're the guy who claimed after Asante Samuel signed with the Eagles, and it was rumored that Lito Sheppard might go to the Pats that you'd "way rather have Sheppard anyway". Well, guess what? Asante has two picks and he's second in the league in passes defensed, while Lito is the Eagles nickel back(of course, he'd be far and away the best corner on the Pats, but that's another story). That sounds like the type of response someone who felt jilted that someone left their team would make. Therefore you = the bitter one.

I'd take 3 super bowls, 4 appearances, records, and 16 and 0 season.... I'll have some of that, give me all the bad Karma you want.

I'd still rather have Lito on the pats than Asante. I would never pay a corner that much in a Bellicheck system, its just not as vital of a position in his scheme. I'd like for the Pats to get a more physical corner, and i think Lito would be better at that than Asante was. I'm not upset about him leaving, and i'd be the first one to tell you our secondary aint that good. Asante is good, and he has great hands and timing, but just wait, he'll annoy you when he gambles too much and his ego gets in the way. But he plays with his instincts and when his instincts are on (which is pretty often), he can be a shutdown corner, so congrats.

But i'm not complaining about it, i'd still take the patriots front 7 over any other team in the league, so that helps balance out the suckiness of our secondary a little bit. (Although in the first two games of the season, Hobbs actually played decent)

One bad game doesnt give you the right to say that the pats D sucks. The pats D played pretty damn good against the jets the week before. And apparently the Jets> Dolphins, so take that for whatever its worth.


and in regards to number 4, i dont think confidence will be an issue with Brady. Name me one player that is more confident in what he does than Brady.




Yer just still angry that Rosie Colvin and Rodney were doing the Eagle flap thing after they won the super bowl. Dont take it personal, it was all Freddie Mitchell's fault.

Just to interject on your menstruation for a moment; ACL tears aren’t nearly as debilitating for quarterbacks as they are for other position players that require more use from their legs; even less so for relatively immobile QBs like Brady. Carson Palmer is a good example of how quick a similar player can recover from these types of injuries. Will Carroll mentioned this in article a while back during the Palmer injury, I believe.

That's grand. I watched Donovan McNabb struggle all last season, that's all I'm saying. His accuracy was off, he didn't trust making the throws he needed to make, and he couldn't escape the pass rush.
