He said if the Super Bowl was tomorrow he would not be able to play. All he's been saying on local sports radio is that the team can win without him and the backups can do the job.

I'm guessing they let him rest this week and maybe the week after.

GREAT play by Favre, exceptional patience. I echo Collinsworth' assessment that Favre is having one of his best games in recent memory.

Deltha O'Neal is garbage, and their safeties are not much better.
