Hey how's this... Crabtree won't play for SF, Seymour won't play for Oakland, how about a trade to send Crabtree to Oakland for Seymour?? We need a defensive end, you need a WR... why not??

They have the same agent, so you might be on to something....
In all seriousness, the Raiders need defensive lineman like Seymour and they don't need a WR b/c they just selected darius hayward bay in the draft (who was selected above Crabtree).
So if the Raiders wanted Crabtree they would have selected him.

why not just have Al Davis overpay both of them and have a hell of a tandem at WR for years to come lol

Why would NE pay the $$$ for a WR?
That's beyond their mantra of how to run things.

Seymour doesn't play for the patriots. This is a trade idea between oak and sf.
