FIRE JEFF FISHER!
Honestly, I'm sick of Jeff Fisher and after the crap he pulled at the charity event. It's time for him to go. He's lost the team, they won't even play for him, they gave up in New England. He still won't start Vince Young, who even with his struggles HAS a winning record as the starter of the team! He opens up the run game because, he himself, can run the ball and gain yards. We all know his passing game is weak but the teams system is a short pass and dump pass system, but the main offense is the running game.
LenDale White and other players are calling for Vince Young to start. Something for the players to rally around and now Jeff Fisher wears a COLTS jersey, their biggest rival, the star player's jersey no less. If he would've wore Peyton Manning's Tennessee Volunteers jersey, that's different and SMARTER. I understand it's for charity and that's GREAT but no one forced his hand to put the COLTS jersey on.
What do you think the locker-room is going to think about their coach wearing another teams jersey while coaching them and hearing about it in the media?! I'm sure Bud Adams is going to fire Fisher at the end of the year, I see the team going 3-13, which is sad. But, it's time for a new coach. A real breath of fresh air. 15 years and 1 Super Bowl loss, that's it. Time to move on after letting his team become so undisciplined.

Re: FIRE JEFF FISHER!
I'm a Houston Oilers fan until I die. Born in Houston until 4 then raised in Los Angeles the rest of my life. I don't root for "impostors"
like the Texans but this Fisher stuff is (Please Use More Appropriate Word). His team is 0-6, he won't start Vince Young against the Jaguars, he goes to Tony Dungy's Charity Event to do a joke and says, "I just wanted to know what it would feel like to be on a winning team." of all things. He should have just worn a Tennessee Vols jersey of Peyton since the event was in Nashville and kept the comment to himself. He just poisoned his locker-room which has given up on him and the season by insulting grown-ass working men like that. Fisher has to go, coaches can be replaced, not players. Just ask Denver.

Oh you silly Titan. Fisher ain't the problem. If he was in charge, he'd have Jay Cutler not the barely literate Young.

Re: FIRE JEFF FISHER!
Fisher is definitely the problem. Vince Young has a good winning record as a starting QB for the Titans. I know the attitude and moral isn't all there with Vince but at this point you have to make the change at OB. The players have stopped playing for Fisher. The coach is like the Commander-in-Chief once they start questioning the authority it only goes down from there. If they finish with 1 or 2 wins, they HAVE to make that change. Look at Denver, sometimes you need a new voice for the veterans. Because the rookies always listen (The smart ones that last in the league at least do).

I know you're mad and all, but I'll take JaMarcus Russell over Vince Young any day. You don't have a good QB on the roster. He may be a leader and all, but that doesn't change the fact that he's not smart, doesn't throw well, and needs a very simple offense to be effective, and he'll still throw a ton of INTs.

Still need to fire the coach and I'm all for drafting a QB in the 1st round this off-season. Jimmy Clausen, Colt McCoy or Sam Bradford and I'd be happy.

Jeff Fisher is one of the best coaches in the NFL, you are just upset about this season. Take a chill pill.

Jeff Fisher made a joke at a CHARITY event.
Stand up guy, and good coach.
You really want Vince Young to start?

If Vince Young wasnt a high 1st round pick I think he would have been cut by now IMO. He is not a starting QB in the NFL, him as a backup is questionable.

Re: FIRE JEFF FISHER!
I've thought this team has dramatically overacheived for years now. This is the season to pay the piper. Sort of like the Pistons last year, only worse.
The biggest mistake Jeff Fisher made is promoting Chuck Cecil to DC to replace Jim Schwartz. Cecil clearly wasn't ready and doesn't have a good grasp of the skills of his players.
I think this whole Manning jersey thing is just ridiculous. It was a Tony Dungy charity event, for chrissakes. I thought it was kinda funny myself--and so did Fisher's players.

Jeff Fisher is a hall of famer and one of the best coaches in the league. When the titans can him to hire some idiot like 20 other teams are going to be calling him up.

He can always come back to Houston if you don't want him(unless of course a one Mr. Bill Cowher would like the job!).
We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

I feel like I say the same thing whenever a fan blames a team's lousy record on the coach:
The coach isn't on the field.
No NFL coach, no matter how poor (and Jeff Fisher is a good one), ever coaches things like blown coverage and missed tackles. If you want to lay blame for a 59-0 loss, look at that defence.
Unless you think Vince Young leading the offence could've resulted in 59 points in Foxboro...

Well someone didn't watch Steve Spurrier coach in the big leagues...

My favorite Spurrier/Skins story:
Two days before the Skins hosted the Cowboys in his first season, Spurrier leaves team facilities and goes golfing. He calls into 980 AM for a spot and the hosts (whomever was with John Thompson, who doesn't talk to white people), ask him how game prep is going and what's going on at practice. He tells them he's golfing and they're shocked. They ask him how he feels like he can take time off before such a big game and he responds that Dallas is no big deal. I was sitting in traffic on 395 in Alexandria and thinking, "Man, he has no freaking clue".

You took the words out of my mouth Icness. Fisher promoting Chuck Cecil to DC was a big blunder to begin with and you notice the difference in the secondary. Cecil has the defense too spread out in the field and the WR or TE opponents can exploit the hell out of those open spaces. Finnagan, Hope and Griffin(Pro Bowl Players) haven't even played up to par this season since the Steelers games from 6 weeks ago despite the loss. Looks to be a lost season way beyond this point.
