Reggie Bush = Officially a bust

Post#1 » by an_also » Wed Dec 2, 2009 4:51 pm

Saints to dump Bush in 2010

Don't expect New Orleans running back Reggie Bush, who is due to count for approximately $8 million against the cap next season, to stay with the team. One Saints insider said general manager Mickey Loomis isn't interested in carrying Bush's salary, even if there is an uncapped season. Bush's cap number and secondary importance to the team could create conflict in a locker room where several players, such as wide receiver Marques Colston, are expected to cash in soon.

I think we can officially label him a 'bust' now

I wouldnt say he has been a bust, just hasnt lived up to the hype he had in college.

My "insider" says this is untrue. The Saints value Bush higher than any other team, and he's going to restructure.

Unless Mike Martz comes back, and he somehow offers him a large contract, he's not going anywhere. The Saints won't pay the 8 million, but they'll give him more than anyone else will, coming off of knee surgery and what not.

I agree Reggie hasnt done a thing in the NFL. He will go down as one of those players who did it all in college but sucked in the NFL.

I wonder if he went somewhere else if hed be better....but the Saints are pretty good.

first of all, what a waste of talent. what a horrendous embarassment. what a total let down. totally and totally depressing when one thinks about him.

and the SHOW is talkin about the original poster.

first of all, THE GREAT AND ALL POWERFUL BUSH is injured. his contribution to this team has been nothing but success and growth since hes gotten there to the saints.

who were the saints? could they fill any seats in their stadium? remember the paperbags on their heads? have you ever heard of this team? NOT UNTIL MR. BUSH ARRIVED. and immediate dividends arrived with him.

WARNING! THESE NEXT FEW SENTENCES ARE NOT FOR THE WEAK OF HEART! WARNING!

drew brees will not lead that team to the promised land. superbowl. the big ding dong. period. end of story. believe this, we know and have seen this script before on the west coast, when he played with the chargers. the chargers passed and passed and he was awesome here out west. and we had LT mind you. in the end? interceptions galore started occuring. the saints have already witnessed some of that, and guess what, when that happens in a tight playoff tight atmosphere, the saints will be done.

what does that mean? brees needs all of his weaponry and outlets to assist him to the championship.

who is that main arsenal of weaponry . . . believe this . . . when the playoffs come around . . . that will be none other than mr. BUSH.

so put down the HATERade son, and pay attention to the SHOW, he will teach you a few things about brees, the history of the game, and about the messiah of louisiana . . .

They need to trade Brees for Matt Leinart if they actually want a shot at a Super Bowl.

Lol he hardly threw any picks in SD. I doubt a 3rd string running back is their missing weapon.

For some reason I cannot quite label Bush an actual bust yet, maybe because something in me still wants to see him be the great player we all thought he could be. Now a real bust is Justin Harrell, I love Green Bay but this was one of worst picks I have seen them make.

BIG RICH, you are a MAN! thats what it is. why? because you are full of LOVE, not hatred.

those who are blinded by HATRED, see disdain. they have a impenetrable barrier of ANTI. and they wish for the demise of individuals. these are people who want only failure and floods for the city of new orleans. not the sunshine and beauty underneath all of the waters that flooded that town. they do not want success for new orleans, but hoped that they would stay destitute and championship-less.

but you rich, you have a big heart to see right thru them, and hold up a mirror to their evil ways. because that is the LOVE, and not the HATE.

the SHOW says hold onto the LOVE. may it endure forever. and may you see truth in the messiah of louisiana!
