A second witness told of seeing Vick and two cronies "shooting dogs and killing them with a shovel," and "breaking a dog's back and neck by slamming the dog to the ground until it was dead." The witness, whose name was redacted from the May 2007 interview report, added that Vick and his pals appeared to get an "adenaline high" from killing the animals. (5 pages)

A federal prosecutor asked Vick about a December 2006 Atlanta Falcons team party during which the alleged conversation about steroids occurred. "Vick was reportedly overheard telling" the dealer (whose name was redacted from the memo) that he "liked his product," according to the Memorandum of Interview prepared by a case agent with the Department of Agriculture's Office of Inspector General

He is cultivating a new image of himself on a new TV show on BET. I'm going to do all I can to make sure people don't forget, and they certainly do forget things over time. Its only right that the other side gets a full opportunity to speak. Besides, this information is new. The full picture of Michael Vick needs to be retained imo. This man is proliferating in our culture, and as long as he intends to do this in the public eye, the public deserves to "not get over it" if the public so chooses. Some people think hes been punished enough. Well, that is up for debate too. As long as my family is going to see his image on BET, Its only right that they get the full picture of what this guy is about.

Also, the man apparently brought and or communicated with a drug dealer (steroids/HGH) at an Atlanta Falcons function. And possibly did steroids/HGH. Thats an issue that Roger G should answer for.

The questioning, which took place at a debriefing after Vick already plead guilty to dog fighting charges, arose from a DEA informant claiming that he overheard Vick at an Atlanta Falcons annual Christmas party in 2006 telling a known dealer of steroids and human growth hormone that he "liked his product".

In the interview, the documents show Vick denied that the conversation ever occurred and that he has never used steroids or any form of human growth hormone. Vick has never tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs. If there were more to this initial claim, chances are we might have heard something about it by now. If it were true, it would be more than just Vick who would face problems, but the Falcons would likely be further investigated for having a known steroids dealer at a team function.
