How much value would an unprotected pick in 2023 have from Phoenix? Likely wouldn't be lottery unless they get hit with the injury bug.

This merry-go-round in the bottom muck of the NBA eventually needs to stop, and Bojan clearly helps the Pistons do that, and I just can't imagine a trade package that would help more than hurt next year's team success.

That’a actually not what any of these tag lines say. Teams pursuing Bojan =/= Weaver is looking to move Bojan. But that’s how the news works these days; all someone has to do is leak a story that Team A would like to pick up Player X and that suddenly translates into Player X is on the table.

In any case, like Snake said even if Weaver is looking to deal Bojan the time to do it would be at the trade deadline when teams looking for that “put us over the top” player—which Bojan certainly qualifies as IMO—get desperate and are willing to mortgage their future to win now.
