I like Noel and I'd be fine with Noel/Bagley off the bench. IF we were healthy this year I'd probably be advocating for...

Hayes/Cade/Livers/Stewart/Duren
Ivey/Diallo/Bey/Bagley/Duren

CoJo, Burks & Bojan should all be shopped at the deadline and then obviously we head into the draft & FA in a pretty good position.

But it's been a **** year for injuries. :-(

It seemed pretty evident that Casey wanted just one of Duren or Bagley out there... not together... same goes wtih Noel. Perhaps if Bagley had established himself from outside a bit more as a possible catch and shoot guy Casey would play him at the 4 but any chance he got we'd either be playing Bey or Knox as the backup 4.

Noel has been playing at the level of a below-average backup center with those two out, and everyone knows what he is. The Pistons will be fortunate to cadge a second-round pick on the trade market.

Correct. I can't see how a team wouldn't find it preferable to sign a big for the league minimum off of the free agent market instead and save the pick.

Noel took over the third quarter of the Minny game.

I'm all for trading Noel and trying to get a good return on him. He's not a part of the team's future. But that doesn't mean he's a terrible player. :-P

I admittedly didn't see the Minnesota game. I most recently saw him get absolutely bodied in the Pelicans game.
