Timelord is better right now but if you compare them in their third year in the league the gulf isn't significant (Stewart being the better outside shooter, rebounding comparable, Timelord the better defender/shotblocker). Also recognizing the fact that Stewart is two years younger at the same stage.

Not really comparable besides being a low usage big man. Williams is significantly better defender and much better on offense having a clear role as a high-end finisher and very good big man passer.

Stewart is a ok defender and below average offensive player. At best he's a questionable shooter. He's closer to Bamba and Zubac.

Back? When did Bagley have a 3-pt shot?

It would actually be a real bummer if we sunk all this development time into Bey, Hayes, and Stew and none of them made it past their rookie contracts with us.

Yeah definitely especially considering we spent assets for these guys. We traded a pick for Stewart to get him at 16. I honestly don't think he would have went there at all. Traded our best assets at the time and 4 seconds for bey and ended up with a so far mediocre project big. Killian is a bust.

Yeah those picks don't look good. Almost a wasted year, 3 1st for 1 or 2 bench players? Yikes.

Bagley with 11 offensive rebounds is pretty great, im guessing thats nearly a season high for Pistons OR's?

For all of Bagley's warts he's actually a pretty good rebounder on both sides of the court. Wiseman could learn a thing or two from Bagley in this department.

I saw Ivey's stats last game and seemed pretty good. I missed this game and now he's back to just another guy.

The last time this happened it was Hayes. I kept missing the excellent games that showed he was the point guard of the future.

Did Hayes ever have games that showed he was the PG of the future?

Ivey looks the part, so far.

Hayes has had numerous "quality" games that give some of us hope but as with most young dudes he's not consistent

Hayes probably had like 2 good games his first 2 season in the league. Ivey has shown so much more in less games its not close.
