And that's without using our cap space....

I wouldn't mind using our space to go after an upgrade over Burks. I honestly love Burks game for this team but not his age. If we could turn Burks into Beasley or Trent Jr. Then I would say this off Season is an absolute Win.

I doubt Burks is going anywhere. Weaver likes him and is on a different timeline than you are.[/quot

Burks doesn't have a timeline, the guy is what, 34? Need to get something out of him while we can.

That right there is when you yank a kid from the game and sit his ass down. Ridiculous.

Marvin Bagley over last 4 games since coming back from injury in 26.2 mpg:

17.5 ppg, 13 rpg, 1.3 bpg on 56% FG

I see 101 minutes were allocated to the 3 front court slots. Casey essentially ran a 3 guard rotation by the minutes divied.
This team doesnt move without the ball well enough to pull off a. 3 guard lineup.

The huge blowout, lead increase happened in the 3rd, Cleveland just missed achieving a 50 pt quarter. There 3pt% was higher than our 2pt%.

How did Casey use that halftime to prepare the team, to make adjustments while the score was still close? Tank or no tank Cassy needs to be unceremoniously dumped.

The reason I thought we should have cut him right after the deadline. He’s playing for a job next season and he’s not interested in helping the team.

Like why in the world is he suddenly playing 25 minutes a game?

Bagley looks really solid since coming back for sure. If he could efficiently put up 16 and 12 in 26 MPG for a season he'd be well worth the $13 million even if his defense isn't good. It's just that at times with Bagley, it seems he has the Drummond mentality of being up for a while and then being lower energy for a while as well. Hopefully he is able to finish out this season healthy and continues to put up good scoring and rebounding numbers.

There was a real commitment to getting rebounds in the first half of this game last night. If not for all the terrible turnovers and the lack of offense, we might've really been able to take that one.

Wiseman hasn't looked as good offensively the past couple games. My guess is he's just struggling a bit learning new plays, learning tendencies of his new teammates, and overthinking things. I expect he'll look better before too long.

We can keep Bags and Wise and run a 4 man bigs rotation with Stewart, sure, but Duren is a starter.
It depends on who the team drafts.

If VW does indeed end up in Detroit, at least one of the other bigs is toast, and my guess is that it’s going to be Stewart.

Duren/VW Start, Wiseman/Bagley

That would be a killer frontcourt rotation.

Absolutely. All the chaff, needs to removed from the team. If you can't ball, your absolutely gone.

Stewart is a much better player than Wiseman. Don’t know why he’d be on the chopping bloxk
