It is strange because as people like to beat on me about Killian, I'm the exact opposite of thinking a highly drafted rookie should automatically be good at everything.

I'd give 22 year old rookies 2 years before I'd say "Ok, now you've got to start showing out" and 18-19 year old one-and-dones even more time. I've always said that even long past the start of the era of high school players/one-and-dones, NBA players are still peaking at 27-28.
