No. Thats just the first wave.
Besides there is a difference between feeling out agents, and seeing what actually gets done. Plenty if teams have to move on to plan B, C, D after it starts. And many of these secondary options involve trades.
I was moreso talking about the trade market anyways. And since the Harden trade hasn't happened yet, that shows that the market has not developed yet. Let alone seeing what shakes out months from now after the season starts .
