What deals will these former Pistons sign?

Post#1 » by bstein14 » Sat Jul 1, 2023 12:19 am

How much are these guys going to get paid this summer?

Cory Joseph?

Hamidou Diallo?

Rodney McGruder?

(everyone else is back)

Are all these guys back in the league on vet min salary or do you think Diallo might actually get more than a min deal?

Think all stick in the league but I doubt any of them get much money.

I would love to see McGrub sign with Golden State and play with Klay. The rest I don't care.

Joseph was a Casey guy so he's gone and Morris trade confirms that. Diallo is gone now we drafted a better version of him. I still can see McGruder being extended as he's a Weaver guy.

None of those 3 deserve more than 2 year deals at the minimum or 5 mil a year.

A fan of awkward encounters, I see.
Tom Gores' Securus faced a class action lawsuit in 2024. The company engaged in a "quid pro quo kickback scheme" with county jails in Michigan which banned in-person visits in order to maximize revenue from voice and video calls.

Hami needs shooters. Who that is, I don’t know. Maybe he replaces Bruce Brown in Denver?

Cojo will latch on a veteran’s minimum contract with the warriors.

I’d honestly welcome a McGriddle resigning, assuming we can balance the roster out. He’s done nothing but the right things as a vet and performed every time he’s been tossed in the rotation.

If Hami can't find a home, wouldn't mind bringing him back on the real cheap if we can make it work. We *have* some shooters now.
