I mean what is the definition of "young core", under 25, under 23, less than 3 years in league? If I use < 23, I think the Pistons have the best combination of quantity and quality, only team I think that is close is Houston, they have more quantity but I don't think any of them can be as good as Cade Cunningham, so I'd give the Pistons the edge over them.

I think our core will all come down to Cade and Duren. I like Ivey and Ausar obviously, and how good they can be changes the team's trajectory a lot, but if either Cade or Duren becomes a top 15 player in the league, that's what is going to matter.

What if Ausar and Ivey become the top 15 players? I think that would matter just the same haha. I think it’s about Cade and duren too but I wouldn’t count out the other two. They’re the fastest players on the team. Ausar can be the best defender of the team if not already the best defender.

Does OKC count? SGA is older, but that team is still loaded with young guns. I was happy to dodge Chet, but still excited to see what he can do if healthy.
