Duren and Cade both have all-star potential for sure... its hard to say for certain whether or not they realize that potential. A lot of that depends on work ethic, but also some of it is circumstance as well. Ivey's athleticism also gives him a really high ceiling still, and same can be said for Ausar. All four of those guys could be above average starters in this league but we've got some years/work because we get there especially for Ivey and Ausar.

I would be surprised if Cade isn't at least a 1 or 2 time all-star in his career..... I'd also be surprised if he's ever a top 5 MVP vote getter or a player who plays in 5+ all-star games. I think he's most likely a few time all-star with a few years of being one of the guys that just misses.

I've been negative about Cade at times, but its not because I don't think he's a good player... he's just the guy that expectations are the highest for since he was a #1 pick, gets to be super high usage, and is someone who is supposed to be a "great leader" for this team. He's the guy who is supposed to come in and lead by example and help set the team culture. A lot is on his shoulders and he certainly hasn't fully delivered on what the expectations are/were for him.

Cade 5-7 all star appearances, 1-2 all nba teams
Duran 1-3 all star appearances,
Thompson 1 all star game, a couple DPOY
Ivey is anywhere from a one time 6th man winner - 2-3 all star appearances it could go either way.

I can’t believe no one mentioned Hayes yet? What happened here? He’s gonna be around along time, and drive the haters crazy, maybe get a sixth man award or something. I think livers will find a groove next year on a better team. Wiseman is gonna be I. Detroit next season if he’s not moved at the deadline. If he gets a three year contract, he’ll make the league, and find a spot.

Hayes will never score enough points to be a 6moty. At this rate his likely best case scenario is a high end backup PG like Jarret Jack.
