I love all the positivity in the last several posts regarding Holland. It a good balance with the negative posts in previous threads. It's good to see Holland have a nice game to end summer league. Sure he's raw but it seems like he's got some potential. Hopefully between Ausar and him we'll have at least 1 two-way star wing.

His 3 point form isn't broken like Ausar either, otherwise he has similar qualities, high energy athletes, just need to aim them in the right direction.

Some folks including myself were wondering why the Pistons were drafting another Ausar but they're actually pretty different. Both are plus, high energy athletes like you mentioned and struggle with the 3 but Holland is much more of a ballhandler (Ausar is more of a true off ball wing) and I feel like Ausar is far more polished defensively, much better footwork, Ausar looks bigger out there too.

Lots of upside with both but different type of players, will be interesting to see what their roles are next season because it's hard to pinpoint right now which is the case with most of the Pistons lineup. I think it's safe to say that Cade will start at the 1, Harris at the 4 and Duren at the 5 but other than that it's up in the air.

I think what @pharaoh mentioned in the rotation thread is right: Holland is more of a 2/3 while Ausar a 3/4, so they could form a good tandem, if they develop reliable shots.

Can’t play them together at this point tho.

It would need to be the right match-up, but a rotation of like Cade, Stewart, and either Hardaway or Harris and though two should work from a spacing standpoint. Though I'm assuming that this coaching staff will actually use Ausar and Holland as slashers and not just stick them in a corner where no one will pay attention to them.
