Ok this is an old report I'm not sure if it has been posted here or not.
But the Pistons are now worth $477 million.
1. NY Knicks $608
2. LA Lakers $560
3. Chicago Bulls $500
4. Detroit Pistons $477
Davidson pocketed $39.2 million in 2007, which was the second most of any team behind only the Bulls.
NY had the most "revenue" but lost $42 million overall.
Knicks, Dallas, Philly, New Jersey, Indiana, Denver, Minnesota, Seattle, and Portland all lost money.

Good owner (despite people's complaints) who built the Palace WITH HIS OWN MONEY and NOT taxpayer dollars, good attendance, not awful ticket prices, great management, great scouting/training staff, great team.
I know people scoff at this, but it is a relief that Piston fans will never have to worry about losing their arena due to tax cuts like Seattle.
Or having to worry about it turning to piss poor condition due to tax cuts either, like quite a few teams.
Piston fans have it pretty damn good, but some pessimists are never happy.
