Over the last ten games Dre is averaging 23min for 9/10/2.
I think he's a genuine contender if his minutes increase and he starts to get found a little more offensively. Provided he ends the season averaging ~ 28 minutes it's not unrealistic to expect 12/12/3.
To those who think he should start, I don't think it'll happen unless we acquire another C.

He is averaging 13/13/3 in 36 which is historically insane already. How do you expect him to average 12/12/3 in 28 minutes...

^Plus he will have to avg a lot more than 12/12/3 over the remaining 50 games, in order to get his current 7/7/1.5 avg up to 12/12/3.
I think next year though if he gets 35 mpg from the start, he can avg 12/12/3.
He does deserve 6th man consideration, but it usually goes to scorers. CV actually might be in the running if he continues playing lie this the rest of the year. Stuckey could get votes too. Shows how good our bench is that we have 3 legit 6th man candidates.

I think Dre will start once frank is comfortable enough with kravtsov having a backup role. People tend to forget about him bcuz he doesn't play. The guy can play and is only hidden in the roster. He's great defensively and will get Dre's role at the 2nd unit once Dre starts. So we're developing two centers instead of one. I don't think Dre will start until max is gone or next season. I'm scared of Dre's potential and what he hasn't shown us. I think we're in for a big surprise. We're deeper than I think we are. Slavs is good. He's only adjusting to the MBA game. I hope max is traded by the deadline. That'll move us forward fast.

Contender for the award? Sure. I think Smith, Crawford and Martin are the clear favorites though.

3 legit 6MOY candidates? This is beyond ridiculous.

yeah, but the way jr smith, jarret jack, jamal crawford and kevin martin are goin, as well as the fact he is a chance to start sometime soon i think its better to look for him to get the ROY, as lilliard is the only rook playing better than him right now.
