Thank god someone said this. I was getting worried i was the crazy person.
moose for anderson?? yuck

The sad part is that he wasn't the only who proposed. I remember seeing that same trade by someone else a couple weeks ago.

^^There was Moose for Henson as well. People move on to the new thing all too quick. Last year at this time, Moose was untradeable.

Yeah I think that's spot on. It seems like people just want something new just for the heck of it. Lets see what our core can do when/if Dumars fills out the rest of the roster and they are actually playing together and building chemistry.

I'm just trying to find a suitable trade for Monroe, not only because he doesn't play well with AD, but because i'm not a big fan of him. If we can't have Drummond on the floor with him, then he has as many deficiencies as strengths. He is a liability on defense, he turns the ball over way to much, when he faces a player that can play elite defense, he struggles (see Tyson Chandler a few days ago), I think he's kind of soft, he can't overpower anybody in the post, he doesn't have a mid range game (yet, i know he's learning). Considering all this, I think when Drummond develops and is able to start, we should find a player that complements AD's strengths.

Monroe for Anderson is a joke.

Monroe for Cousins, LMA, or a top-3 pick in next season's draft (Shabazz) are the only deals I'd consider ATM.

I would take a trade for a great wing player, or a player that suits Drummond's style. I'm just thinking here

I understand that and I agree he plays soft...You don't know how many people scream "stop that soft sh*t" towards Monroe every time I throw a Piston Party at my house...If we're going to trade Monore I would only consider a swap for Cousins...

I dont want Cousins. He's whiny, and he plays a lot like Drummond. That would be a crowded post...

^Cousins is nothing like Dre. He's a post up player who shoots quite a few mid range jumpers and relies on positioning to play defense(taking charges) rather than blocking shots. He's also nowhere near as athletic.
