That's not a quad double. He didnt even register a quad double in his career since they didn't register blocks at the time.

The 76ers stat guy who is considered the GOAT stat guy (he wrote a book) recorded blocks and steals for the sixers. Not to mention that most of those games are on youtube and you can count the blocks yourself.
