Morey is an actual good smart GM. He's not perfect, but he is not so stupid to move Parsons for someone who isn't very good even if Dwight is asking for it.

Best we get from Houston is Lin and a 2014 first rounder for Calderon S&T.

Zero chance they move him
Yep, and he has potential to be an all-star too from the majority of games I've seen from him. He can do multiple things and is pretty versatile.

I wouldn't mind the S&T for Lin and 2014 1st rounder. It'd be lob city.

I'd take Lin over Calderon 7 times a week. And the 2014 first rounder would be a nice sweetener. Joe better do this deal if it opens up :P

Iggy going to Golden State. Did NOT see that one coming.

Does this, in any way, make Barnes available?

I don't see a way. We don't have anything to offer which would improve their team.

Unless Golden State trades Lee and we offer Monroe for Barnes+, I don't see us getting him.

I think this is a good offseason so far. We could have spend money on Iggy or Josh Smith, but didn't. That right there is a positive.

Now that Dwight has landed, 2nd tier teams/free agents can start to make their moves. We still have cap space.

Its not being lazy. you just cant trade away 2 scrubs for a good young player under control for a long time.

Whoa there, that one still has a chance of happening. With Smith as the last "big" free agent left (and the guy Detroit met with the minute after free agency began) I wouldn't be surprised to see Dumars go all-in on him. DO I want that to happen? No, not really, but at this point I'm almost expecting something like that to happen. The question I have is would we rather the Pistons overpay in free agency or in a trade? One of them is bound to happen.

Depression is beginning to set in.

I think it's time for Joe to pick up the phone and give MU a call and make another offer for Gay.
