As of now we have 18 players and only room for 15 on our team. The following is our team. Who do you cut, who do you trade, and what is your lineup. Since you cannot trade everyone not named Dre, Moose, BK, Smith, Billups, Datome, let's keep it real.
PG's
BK, Billups, Bynum, Stuckey, Siva
SG's
KCP,Stuckey, Billups, Middleton, Singler, English
SF
Smith, Datome, Singler, Middleton, Mitchell
PF's
Moose, Smith, CV, JJ, Mitchell
C
Dre, Moose, Slava
PG's
BK, Bynum, Billups (Siva very talented but gets cut)
SG's
Billups, KCP, Middleton (English cut) (Stuckey traded for player to be determined)
SF's
Smith, KCP, Datome, Middleton (Singler traded for top 15 protected 2014 1st round pick)
PF's
Moose, Smith, CV, JJ (CV warms bench until trade deadline) (JJ traded for 2nd round pick)
C
Dre, Moose, Slava
This is my prediction. KCP is not ready to start and the signing of Billups shows that Stuck is getting shown the door. Perhaps we can trade Stuck & Singler plus a 2nd for Afflalo?

Re: Mix & Match
We have 17 players, not 18.
I waive English. I like his personality, but he's not a long term player here and is the easiest to deal with.
I either put Siva in the D-league, or let him walk. While I like him a lot, with Knight, Bynum and Billups, there just isn't' any playing time for him.
Roster drops down to 15.

Trade Stuckey and JJ/Singler for a 2 guard. Keep Siva, cut English.

I miscounted. Heard 17 but counted 18. Not sure how we can place Siva in the D league without signing him. He's a good player and I like him but we have to make some changes!!! Middleton is easy to keep because he won't get too discouraged on the bench. CV, JJ, Singler, & Stuck will all have issues with the demotion. Those are the guys who have to go!!!
1) Billups
2) BK
3) Bynum
4) Siva
5) Stuckey
6) KCP
7) Middleton
8) English
9) Singler
10) Datome
11) Smith
12) CV
13) Moose
14) JJ
15) Mitchell
16) Dre
17) Slava

Re: Mix & Match
Trade Stuckey, or possibly a combo of Stuckey+CV if we can get a really good player back.
Let go of English, Slava.
Look into Jerebko trades.

Re: Mix & Match
Couple scenarios:
1. Trade Stuckey, JJ, and Kravtsov for Eric Gordon
2. Waive or trade English for future 2nd
Roster down to 14 - sign Dalembert with remaining capspace to a 2or 3 year deal
Here is how I would see the minutes shaking out in this sort of lineup. With Gordon's injury history, keep his minutes down while developing KCP. On any given night Gordon could be rested a bit more and KCP could step in for a few more minutes as well as shifting Knight to the 2 and Bynum picking up more minutes at the 1.
Knight-34 / Billups-10 / Bynum-4 / Siva
Gordon-26 / KCP-22 / Knight / Billups
Smith-16 / Singler-22 / Datome-10 / KCP
Monroe-20 / Smith-20 / CV-8 / Mitchell
Drummond-28 / Monroe-16 / Dalembert-4 /
Next scenario:
1. Trade Stuckey, Kravtsov for Afflalo
Minutes breakdown for this scenario.
Knight-34 / Billups-10 / Bynum-4 / Siva
Afflalo-32 / KCP-16 / Knight / Billups
Smith-16 / Singler-22 / Datome-10 / KCP
Monroe-20 / Smith-20 / CV-8 / Mitchell
Drummond-28 / Monroe-16 / Kravtsov 4
I think either scenario is a clear upgrade and I think we have to be considered between the 3rd and 6th seed. Defensively one of the best in the league.

Siva is signed to the D-league, he still counts against the roster.
I'd cut English and withdraw the offer to Bynum.
B. Knight/R. Stuckey/P. Siva
C. Billups/K. Caldwell-Pop/K. Singler
J. Smith/L. Datome/K. Middleton
G. Monroe/T. Mitchell/J. Jerebko/C. Villanueva
A. Drummond/S. Kratsov
11-man rotation-
B. Knight/R. Stuckey
C. Billups/K. Caldwell-Pope
J. Smith/L. Datome/K. Middleton
G. Monroe/J. Smith/T. Mitchell
A. Drummond/G. Monroe/S. Kratsov
Siva to D-league. JJ, Singler, CV to battle for left over minutes and DNP-CDs.

^ Now just withdraw the offer to Bynum and our roster is okay for now.
