I had the opportunity to watch alot of Ayon with the Magic last year. At times, he was excellent and other times, a non-factor. He actually did have a game or two where he was one of the reasons the team competed.
The pro's: Very good hands and good passer. When he gets motivated, he is very aggressive on the boards or banging down low. Doesn't happen that often though. He can make those very surprising passes where you go "Woah!" at times. Can shoot the mid range at times.
The Con's: Very slow and poor on Defense. But, can play within a system.
Dude is a solid 10-15mpg backup and looks like an upgrade over Kravstov. I would sign him being he is a minimum level cost player as he was only making $1.5 mil last year.
