Siva should be allowed to go overseas for a year, that would give us 13 players. I think the Pistons should sign Cole Aldrich, Xavier Henry, and James Johnson to camp contracts and see if any of them are worth keeping.
Henry is a fairly athletic 22 year old wing, who was drafted 12th overall in 2010. Thus far a bust, but has some potential.
Aldrich is tall and big. If nothing else he could potentially give the Pistons an emergency big.
Thomas is 6'9", and has done ok at the NBA level. Good numbers in Toronto though.
I don't see the point in adding a verteran big, because we've already got Jonas and Charlie who will probably only see spot minutes (not regular rotation), so why add another.
Also I think we should keep at least one spot open in case of a move.

I think Joe signs Siva but than leaves that 15th spot open in case he makes a deal or has a serious injury IE needs a another big. No need to bring a guy who probably won't see PT now that we are over the cap.

Ben Wallace is not gonna sign. I hold high affection for the man, but I wouldn't want him to sign anyways.
Greg Oden has done his free agency rounds already and unless Detroit secretly was in on him and he decides that he prefers a quality med staff over BOTH money and opportunity for minutes, he isn't an option.
Siva will probably make the roster now, but even if he does he is gonna stack up the DNP's and will be in a mad ants uniform quite often.
Detroit needs a depth big, who that might be is anybody's guess right now. Can only hope that guy is acquired via a Stuckey trade. I want no part of Stuckey on this team. If he must be on the roster, give him the Maggette treatment.
