I say things like this all the time, jokingly, who knows what the context is.

I have never met anyone who fits the definition, of Narcissus, to that extent.

Excellent point! The character limit on twitter prohibits the tweeter from providing a context to the pithy statements tweeted. How many cats have gotten themselves all clean for the night ready to hang out with friends or go on a date and said something along the lines of what Jennings tweeted?

Dude is flawed. We all are. We don't have to look hard to find his flaws or manufacture reasons to hate the kid. He's flashy. He's brash. For our sakes I hope he's honest about adjusting the talent here and making our horses better. We can't win with the Dr. Drain routine, but we can be dominant with our frontline getting easy buckets in transition and in halfcourt sets.

I agree. As long as he works on his game, then let him act however he wants. Knight was humble and patient the whole time he was on the Pistons, but he didn't mature on the court. No one hates him for it, it just didn't happen. It's not like Jennings is like Cousins, who seems to have some emotional problems that keep him form understanding his actions. He's just trying to be slick, like a lot of 23 year old guys.

Would everyone prefer that players kept their tails between their legs until they became superstars? What's that Jamie Foxx used to say? Hate the game, not the player.

I think Rasheed Wallace could be like a father figure for a young man like Brandon Jennings. Wallace, after all, was a known hot head that committed technicals all day. But at the end of the day Wallace hustled hard, brought results & was a fan favorite. Brandon Jennings hated former Milwaukee Bucks coach Scott Skiles with a passion. I think Cheeks & Wallace will know how to keep Jennings in check, but keep him flowing within the new system at the same time.

You're also forgetting my man Chauncey as well to keep him in line as a fellow PG active player. I think Jennings can be really good.

If he learns to finish with his right hand, footwork, and better judgment, I think we have an all-star.

Thats a little scary....

a starting nba point guard that cant finish with the opposite hand after 4 years of heavy play time.

Damn, if he cant do it after 4 years of developing, will he ever?

Yeah, I have little hope of him actually learning to finish as well as his left. Even when he drives right, he lays it in with his left hand, which is one of the most ridiculous things in this league right now.

The narcissism thing over a tweet is a stretch. We're either looking hard for problems or showing off our vocabulary. (A recrudescence of pretentious pedantry anyone? )

Jennings has his shortcomings, but he's surely an improvement over Knight.

Bucks Fan here. Jennings can tear it up when he's hot from downtown. However, not only can he not finish with his opposite hand, he can't finish with his left in the paint either. He is deathly afraid of driving anywhere remotely close to the paint.

His midrange game leaves alot to be desired as well. its all about the 3 bomb with him.
