Its why the overreactions need to relax & give this some time.

Miami had 2 of the top 3 players in the world & it took them a year & some change for it to start clicking.

We must be patient.

Aren't you the one always say RELAX and GIVE IT TIME, EVEN THOUGH Mo trotted out BILLUPS as a starter for the first 5 games? Now we actually get to see what everyone else has been waiting for (getting KCP out there with the starters, or out there at all) and NOW we can actually see the potential?

The "over-reactions" came from watching an over-the-hill ex-PG trying to play SG when we had the answer to that problem sitting on the bench collecting dust after being drafted 8th in this past draft.

2 championships as a player, 1 as a GM, HOF career, executive of the year awards, etc, etc I doubt he cares what people think about him. Most of the people laughing don't have even a crumb of his credentials.

Credentials don't guarantee success as a GM, Just ask Zeke Thomas.

Except Dumars is a successful GM, as I just pointed out.

Dumars is my favorite player of all-time, I loved his demeanor on the court. I loved his humble attitude and sweet game. But as a GM, he started out strong, but has fizzled. Kinda hard to defense some of the moves he's made. The BG/CV debacle. The Darko thing (I was wrong about him too). The Billups trade to Denver, the AI mess, the draftees that aren't even in the league. Rodney White, anyone? He's had some good moments, but since the 2006 season this team has floundered. Sorry, but calling Joe a successful GM currently is an over-statement. The Palace doesn't sell out anymore. The product they have put together over the last 7 years has been uninspiring.
