Sacramento laughs this on off. I'm certain they'd view Monroe as a downgrade from Cousins. And, Rudy Gay and Josh Smith are basically a wash, as they're both terrible volume shooters.

You know, a year ago there was still some discussion to be had about Cousins vs. Monroe. We're well past that now, I think.

Terrible deal for them.

Lol. I swear this forum sometimes. Maybe if the Maloofs were still running the show we might get a deal somewhere close to that but no way now. It would have to be any of the top 3 for Sac to not hang up.

A trade they wont hang up on: dre, moose, cvdnp for dmc, 2014 1st rounder and another unprotected 1st rounder.

That would make us the all cancer team. However.

Let me know when Monroe can take that many shots, then I'll say he's not comparable to cousins.

Monroe isn't capable of getting off that many shots though, that's why he doesn't get more.

You're lying to yourself if that's what you really think. Smith and Jennings are clearly taking away a ton of shots from him. Moose has never been the shot-jacker that Cuz is.

He was 45th in the league last year in FGA per game as our #1 option and he wasn't even efficient, plus he turned the ball over a lot. Just to get to 13 attempts per game he has to force a lot of things, shooters would help but he would still have trouble getting shots off in a lot of match-ups.

That is literally the only thing you post. Are you a bot? When you keep saying it, it doesn't make it any less wrong.

There was once a day when we might have been able to trade Monroe for Cousins......but we can't anymore.

Once deal that might work for both teams:

Josh Smith
Stuckey (expiring)
Bynum

Thomas / Bynum
McLemore / Stuckey
Smith / Williams
Thompson / Landry
Cousins / Gray

for

Gay
Thornton

Jennings
Thornton / KCP
Gay
Monroe
Drummond
