It's Monroe's fault?

The team always plays better when the offense pass through Monroe, who is our most efficient player in the offense. Why always at the end of the game, the team NEVER looks him?

It's Monroe who don't care about win, and don't ask for the ball?

It's Jennings' fault, who needs a psychologist for his anxiety about score?

It's coaches' fault, who always hate Monroe and love guys like Jennings, Smith or Bynum who are an inefficient scorers?

This team is so ridiculous in the 4th quarter.

Efficiency can be looked at in multiple ways not always having to do with shooting percentages.

Too much monroe hate . He and Drummond are our only hope to get better and stay better in the future. These win now shenanigans are the reason our view on the season is different.

Its gores fault for promoting the win-now strategy, and dumars fault for signing a big man when we already had two premier big men.

It's the GMs fault for not getting better shooters to space out defenses. Easy to guard Monroe when teams can just double him

The idea that you have to "go through" 1 guy is why our 4th quarter offense is so bad. We don't have 1 guy who is good enough to play 1 on 5 offensively. We just don't. It doesn't matter who is "better" at it because none of them are good enough to make it work consistently. Against doubles, monroe tends to turn it over or miss the contested shot. Jennings and Smith occasionally will get hot, but generally, they just try to do to much and end up taking bad shots. Stuckey is actually our most consistent "throw the ball to him and get out of his way" type player, but he's hurt half of every season.

This team needs to keep the ball moving and keep players moving. We've got numerous good offensive players that can score well if they aren't the complete focus of the defense's attention. The second the ball starts sticking in someones hand though, the defense is allowed to key in on that one guy, the offense just falls apart. For some reason though, someone always seem to think it's their turn and we end up with possession after possession of 1 (or no) pass and a contested shot. That might work if that 1 pass it to kevin durant, but its never going to work for us.

I don't mean we did it a Monroe against the world, only start the offense on him, from the zone, like the Pacers do it.

The problem is that dumping it to monroe generally hasn't been "starting the offense". Despite his passing ability, he's joined Smith and Jennings as virtual black holes in the 4th. Just dumping it to him more is not going to change that dynamic.

Respect your opinion, but I don't think so. Our offense is so static, we don't run without ball. I agree with that, but Monroe can play inside outside ball movement, I think.

It's not a question of ability. Monroe can be a solid facilitator. The problem is when the ball goes into Monroe, the other guys are just standing there watching. If he passes it out, all we are getting is a contested jumper from smith or jennings.

When Monroe was working well last night, Singler was cutting strong to the hoop and Monroe found him a few times.
the team needs to move without the ball when Monroe is in the post, but in the fourth the offense just gets so stagnant and it goes to s***.

The PISTONS are all gassed out in the 4th quarter, Cheeks didn't believe in making the guys keep in shape.

Lack of movement = tired players.
