I don't know if Joe D will be gone for sure, but I think Smith will be on his way out in the offseason.
It sounds like we are committed to Greg Monroe, rightly so, and once its seen that this experiment does not work (which you can already see), Smith will continue to be shopped.
Honestly, I feel like if we can just replace Smooth with a real SF that can spread the floor for our twin towers and play defense then we will improve. I'm starting to sour on Jennings as well.

this! QFT...the Pistons never did a rebuild, Dumars tried to rebuild on the fly and failed miserably TWICE, handing out terrible contracts to terrible basketball players.
